A major overnight adjustment plus a little more wagering love have the Sixers in a position they are normally never in. They are the favorites to win a game this evening. It takes the hapless Suns coming to town for this to happen How did Phoenix at 14-31 get to such a state so quickly? We will look at this and which way you should invest as we go deep in the mine to extract the gold in this game.
Coping With Tyson Chandler
Phoenix actually won their last game vs Atlanta on a very dramatic three point shot. The difference in the last two games has been Tyson Chandler. He has 47 rebounds in that spurt which certainly helps a team who is plagued with disinterest these days. Their coach is riding out the string and in lame duck situations, even games against the Sixers are an iffy proposition.
Sixers Won’t Rebound
Philadelphia is in dire straights in this one. They have been out rebounded by a wide margin in seven of their last eight games. Now Tyson Chandler is riding a wave of momentum. Boston showed how with a little defense, the Sixers can be stunted in scoring. Only two players got into double digits in a twenty point loss the last time out. Suns are 4-18 on the road but the Sixers are even worse with a 3-17 record at home. Knight, Leuer, and Morris should all be out for this one.
One can see why the Sixers are favored. However, the fluke win against the Hawks will pay dividends. Look for a few more good games from Chandler before he tires. Hate to say it but the road Suns +3 are the play of the day here. Everyone gets well offensively for the road team here. Good fortune and we will see you tomorrow here at HRWager.
