College Basketball Predictions : Pac 12 Powerhouse?

Arizona is used to ruling the roost in the Pac-12.  This year is a stark departure from this norm as the Wildcats are top twenty but are 7-4 in conference.  Oregon already beat them twice so they have a high hill to climb to get near the mountaintop.  At Utah on Feb 27th is considered the key date.  However, they have to first visit the high altitude of Colorado three days earlier.  While the Utes are a tough nut to crack at home, the Buffaloes are no pushover.  This is your classic look past game on February 24th and should garner your attention for wagering purposes.

 

Pitino Pitfall

Self imposed sanctions in the middle of a successful season can surely end the will to battle night in and night out.  Louisville is the perfect team to selectively fade because of this.  A date to look at is their February 24th road trip at Pittsburgh.  The Cardinals pounded Pitt the last time out holding them to 41 points.  So not only will the Panthers be hyped up for this one but there will be nowhere near the same defensive intensity for this one.
