People are overlooking the team that dismantled the Russians in the second game.  Final score was 2-1 but that was only after the Slovaks let in a late goal out of disinterest.  They have an attacking style that will give the questionable English defense fits.  The longer this game goes scoreless by the English side, the more chances that Slovakia will get the first goal.
