Hockey Betting : Impressions from USA Canada Games

Hockey Betting

Meaningful Hockey Betting is coming to HRWager with the World Cup of Hockey set to skate later this week.  Great to see everyone back once again here at HRWager.  Over the weekend, two great hockey nations had a two game set of exhibition games to test chemistry.  USA Canada would end up splitting the two with each team taking the encounter on their home soil.  What can we ascertain from a 4-2 USA win and then the North of the Border skaters crushing the US 5-2?  Let us see how we can use this to our betting advantage here at HRWager!

Hockey Betting : Patterns with USA Canada

These games are higher scoring affairs for two reasons.  First, the benches are emptied in terms of goalies.  There is no riding the hot hand through the entire game.  Even with that in mind, Quick stole the show for the US in the first game.  He was effectively left out on an island and was clearly the best netminder of the six for both teams that were on the ice.  Canada’s main man was shaking off of a lot of rust to his game.  Carey Price is not yet into form.  As of right now, Crawford should be the starter for Canada but they will defer to Price for the early group games.

Potential of Two Bets

With Tortorella coaching the United States, if you bet on them to win then the total of the game better go under.  His style is the most goal restrictive theory since the left wing lock allowed the Red Wings and Devils to win Stanley Cups in the 90’s.  If one likes Canada over the USA in the group stage then the TT over for Canada and TT under for the US are in play.  Either way, look for a dry effort from the USA to try and take all practical chances from the more talented Canadians in this one.

Rivalry games and meaningful ones at that in hockey during September have to be embraced.  Canada has the upper hand but can the defensive United States stone wall their efforts?  Follow our wager recommendations and have the potential to net big winnings.  Good fortune in this even that starts on the 17th of September.
