MLB Free Pick 9/9 : Tor at Boston

HRWager’s MLB Free Pick of the Day features a division leader that will need lots of run support today.  Toronto’s Drew Hutchinson has been getting scoring like no other team in Major League Baseball.  Find out why his 8.14 runs per game that the Blue Jays give him will work for us at Fenway tonight.  Read on as to see why the Jays being only a slight road dog is a big boon for HRWager’s clients.

MLB Free Picks : Even Six Runs?!

bos

Most times when your stater gives us six or more runs, you might feel fortunate to gain a single victory all season.  Jokes on the rest of the league as the Jays have already won five times when Hutchinson brings his gas can to the mound.  He might just be an emergency option in the post season but right now he consumes innings while the main men can get some rest.  Even when he had his form going lately, he can not keep it up as seen by Baltimore’s 10-2 trouncing of Toronto last time out.

Total of Ten

We expected double digits to give pause to the overs in this one and our linesmaker hit the mark.  Ten has seen some equal action on both sides.  Truth be told, the bar could have been set a little higher  Just look at how Sandoval and Betts each blistered with with 5 for 7 at the plate with power to boot.  The only hiccup in the equation is the form that Boston’s Joe Kelly has found.  He still has a 4.84 ERA despite winning his last seven with a 2.72.  For a team so far out of it, he has given Boston their main and perhaps only consistency in the win column since the All-Star Game.

The moneyline would have a definite attraction had the Jays not taken an eternity in getting the bats going at Fenway.  Throw Joe Kelly into the mix and a -125 or so becomes too coin tossish.  Look instead at the total.  One of the strongest trends in the majors this year is the scoring when Hutchinson goes to the mound.  HRWager’s Free Pick of the Day is the over ten.  Good fortune and we will see you tomorrow here at HRW.
