NBA : Invest in Orlando Tonight

NBA : Lillard Ailing

Portland is all about Damian Lillard.  He is ironically the focal point and the distributor of the Blazer’s offense.  Portland is very up and down due to their reliance on the three point shot.  They have cooled off on this road trip.  Damian is third in the league with 3-pointers made.  Last game out, he rolled his ankle.  He made it threw the game but was noticeably limping by the time the fourth quarter came around. All of this will see a dip in production across the board for the Blazers.

8-4 is quite a record for Orlando at home.  Last year saw the Magic not get to the eight win mark at home until Feb.  Balanced scoring helps them ride out a slump by any one player.  Five people regularly reach double digits in their game.  With newcomer Frye meeting his old team this evening means an uptick from him over an ordinary night.

Finally, the possibility of the Blazers not being their best is addressed.  NBA players see South Florida as a prime destination during a long and cold regular season.  Some of the Portland players might enjoy the scenery a little too much.  All of this equates that the – 4 1/2 is not a deterrent for taking the home team tonight.  Invest in Orland minus the points for your profit this evening.
