NHL Puckline Alert for Buffalo at Washington 12 30

Our NHL Puckline alert comes with a game that is a return engagement from last night.  Washington traveled up to Buffalo and shut the Sabres out two to nothing.  This gave the Caps an eight game win streak headed into tomorrow.  Now we have the pleasure of speculating whether the Sabres ML or the puckline for Washington should be invested in.  Join us at HRWager as we go to the ice for our bankroll’s growth on 12/30.

What the Market Bears

NHL Puckline

Regular season speculation on ML’s in excess of -200 have to be sparse.  The winter is long and the motivation of the favorite to triumph has to be rock solid to consume such a level of chalk.  While Buffalo is enjoying a more respectable season, they are not to the level to rise the dander of any team.  No heated rivals due to a decade of being down.  Even though the Caps are on quite a run, the -230 is a considerable sum to chew on for a game this close to a holiday.

The Math

Now we can entertain the Sabres at +205 to win or Washington – 1 1/2 at +130.  Now comes news out of Buffalo that Robin Lehner is close to 100 percent on his ankle.  Huffing it through practices, the goal tender is finally whole again after an injury near the start of the season.  Speculation should also be entertained on the under for the game when he comes back because the Sabres will be very cautious defensively to give their top goaltender a breaking in period.  With all that to calculate, let us get down to our free pick for 12/30.

Washington wins because they score goals in bunches.  They are unlike the Rangers who play goal restriction. This is more of a fluid team with scoring stars.  At home, the Caps will get their goals and more even in the face of a cautious Buffalo defense.  While the under might be attractive, the +130 of the puckline is to be embraced in this game.  Good fortune from HRWager and we will see you tomorrow with more free picks and sports speculation.
