WTA Wagering : Keys vs Ivanovic Free Pick

One of the better events for WTA wagering this weekend is the Keys and Ivanovic matchup.  This has the makings of a three set war.  During our analysis of the match, we have uncovered some key points that seem to slant the match more than the lines do.  Madison is currently the favorite near the -155 level.  So close out the bar and come home to rail some early morning profit in the Australian Open.

After this third round match, the winner gets a non seeded player next.  This seems like an open invitation into the quarters and boy does Madison need it.  Here, she made the semis last year and has to defend a ton of ranking points here.  It is a classic matchup of power verse finesse.  Madison has a good serve and deep power on both sides.  However, her footwork is still clunky.  In the heat, conditioning also comes into play if the match gets to the third set.  Shevdova took advantage of these factors in pushing Keys to a third set in the second round.

Home Crowd Favorite

Ana gets the crows most of the time down under due to some family being here and her formerly dating pro golfer Adam Scott.  At 28, this is going to be one of her last chances to make a good run.  With only Serena and Azrenka being on the elite tier, Ana has the game to beat everyone else if she can get it all together between her ears.  The mental game has been spotty.  Emotions on sleeves, opponents get a charge when she is down because Ana shows it.  However, in this tournament, her matches have been business like.  She is ready and rested for this one.

3:00 Am is the start of this one.  There are only two ways to attack this.  -155 is too much juice on Keys in this one.  Either she wins in a blow out or Ana takes all the close ones.  Spread wagering on Keys or the Ana ML near +140 or so.  Our money is on the #20 see Ivanovic winning this morning.  Good fortune in this and we will see you tomorrow here at the HRW.
